  • Most requests receive initial concepts within 2-3 business days. Complex projects like packaging design or comprehensive branding may take 3-5 business days for the first draft. Revisions are typically delivered within 1-2 business days.

  • We strictly limit our client roster to 20 businesses to ensure exceptional quality and turnaround times. This allows our designers to give proper attention to each client's needs without being overloaded. We've found this to be the optimal number to maintain our quality standards.

  • Once you've made your payment, you'll receive immediate access to our client portal where you can submit your first design request. We'll also do a brand questionnaire to understand your brand, preferences, and immediate design priorities. Your 12-month unlimited access begins on the day of payment.

  • We allow refunds to be issued in a 7-day grace period. After 7-day, no refund will be available.
